How many surprises and curiosities come out in the second edition of TuttoFood, which took place in Milan last June (from the 10 to the 13th); the special edition covered 74.000 square meters, had 1,500 companies represented, and 234 foreign showing and which came from 31 countries. In the multitude of languages, races technologies of marketable goods, it isn't easy to choose products which represent this Babel of taste and genius applied to food. Indeed, since this biennial edition, the event, exclusively organized with the intent of having the producer meet the distributor or seller (B2B, according to the well known Anglo-Saxon definition), remains remarkable for its ability in attracting to Milan buyers and brokers coming from most part of the globe. That's how the world-internationalization of enogastronomy has had influence, all over, even in those countries by tradition inattentive to these subjects, 50 modifying the perception of food, from a simple nourishment to a promoter of wellbeing.
