A life full of vitality Esa Vital veal is delicious and healthy. The meat is succulent and tender, with a delicate flavour. Esa Vital is lean and easily digestible. And furthermore, the meat is chock full of nutrients and high-quality proteins and minerals. These are important building blocks for a healthy and responsible lifestyle – for a life full of vitality. Nowadays, we are increasingly aware of the benefits of a healthy lifestyle, trying to be more active and paying attention to what we eat. Milk and grains as a foundation for delicious veal It comes as no surprise that Esa Vital veal is as delectable and healthy as it is. The animals' feed forms a solid foundation. The feed consists of natural high-quality dairy products and a specially developed multi-grain feed mix. The feed's sophisticated composition and quality ingredients ensure that the veal is tender, easily digestible and delicately flavoured. In fact, the concept is quite simple. Extra assurance of these certainties is provided by a unique DNA Guarantee Programme that is incorporated in the IVI® (Integrated Veal Information) quality control system.

ESA Foods Esa Vital veal is sold exclusively by ESA Foods, a division of the Alpuro Group. ESA Foods manufactures a wide range of veal products tailored to suit the wishes of the customer. ESA Foods supplies its veal products to a large number of contacts all over the world. The veal products are transported to wholesalers, retailers, food service concerns and the meat-processing industry.
Customers can buy whole calves or parts of calves from ESA Foods, but we also supply all the technical parts, either whole, skinned or in portions. At ESA Foods, we select our veal with the utmost care. We always put the customer first and guarantee constant high-quality veal. All our veal products are halal'. In addition to fresh veal, ESA Foods also supplies frozen veal. ESA Foods works in close collaboration with the most up-to-date cold-storage warehouses, where the highest priority is given to qualitative processing of the frozen products. Thanks to our collaboration with the ESA veal slaughterhouse in Apeldoorn, ESA Foods has a permanent supply of fresh, top-quality veal. The ESA veal slaughterhouse is one of the biggest and most up-to-date slaughterhouses and veal-processing companies in Europe. This slaughterhouse holds all the relevant ISO Quality and Environment, HACCP en BRC Global Standard - Food certificates, as well as maintaining its own quality control department that cooperates with certified laboratories. This quality control department ensures that the established regulations are meticulously adhered to.
